Totally lived up to my expectations after reading the other reviews. I called them about by car overheating, they had me in, in less than an hour from my call (about 1:00 pm) and had it completed by the time they closed at 7:00 pm! Explained why what we did, didn't work as well as some of the potential issues to keep an eye on for the future (without pressure to get them done there, or now!). We for sure will be giving them a call next time we need our cars looked at! Thank you Shannon Smith!
I honestly am blown away by the customer service we received today from NRP motorsports. Wow. We took our car there this morning because it overheated and left me setting last night. They took it in the shop with no appointment. Called us gave us a price and knowing it's our only vehicle committed themselves to fixing it today. They had a full shop. They were scheduled to close at 7 pm and called us right before saying the car before ours ran into difficulty so they were just getting to ours. They worked all evening on it. C... read more
Having two cars now with high mileage, we have found ourselves facing all sorts of things going wrong and yet again, NRP has taken such great care of us. I genuinely never have to wonder if I'm being "taken". Trust is a big thing and I want you (NRP) to know that you have earned it.
My daughter had her car repaired along with some routine maintenance. They did excellent work in a speedy time period and the price was right. I would recommend them for routine service and major repairs.
Great and honest service on our 2010 Hyundai brake system today! We really appreciate the ability to get our vehicle in quickly for service, and the great turn around time. We will definitely be repeat customers!
