Talked to this rude lady at 2:39pm. Asking about my insurance price for comprehensive that due on 25 July. Started with cold and bad attitude how unprofessional. I left NRMA because of this no manner lady said what I'm complaining about for the insurance price I paid last year. Not to be rude but she needs to go back to school and learn how to use the words properly and be more empathy. 6 years old kid can use better word than her. How NRMA hires this person to talk to customer and lose customer. Such a loss.
What can I say other than 5 star service from beginning to end. No problems and easy ti claim. The car repair system "repair hub" is a streamlined process also which is incredibly efficient and trouble free. Highly recommended and a very happy customer.
