Dropped off a blanket that I needed embroidered for a baby shower on (Monday), they ensured it was a simple process and would not take long. I call them on the day I was suppose to pick up the blanket (Friday) and still my order was not complete. The first excuse was he has been wrapping a car and then that he hasn't been in work all week. Very poor customer service.
Terrible....terrible....and terrible!! Placed an order for 3 shirts and sent a picture of how I wanted them. The shirts were 2 days late and WRONG!!!! When I called to complain, Nick made it seem like everything was my fault. He accepted no responsibility for the errors or the fact that all 3 shirts were NOT what I wanted. I will never use them again! Etsy is better and provides better customer service. $60 wasted!!!!

Ordered a decal 2-3 weeks ago, still no response after multiple phone calls and visits to see if it was ready. This was a 6 in decal, and I am still awaiting a response, I would have preferred it if they would have rejected my order instead of making me hopeful it would be done in a weeks time or less. I'm glad I did not pay for my decal because I do want to come back, disappointing after all of the great reviews I had heard.
My dad and I got us some numbers done and we are very happy how they came out; we will be getting some more things done very soon!!!
