Very unprofessional. After I graduated my downstairs roommates had to get a lawyer involved to get their security deposit back. He never returned any calls or messages even after a year of us trying to get our security deposit back. Years later ... Still Waiting. DO NOT TRUST
Broke city law and managed unprofessionally. For the last 3 months of our lease the shower drained into the ceiling of the kitchen and was never properly repaired. Took money for the water bill and then never paid it so the bill kept increasing, then he took the value of the unpaid bill we had paid out of the security deposit, this is a game he played with multiple properties in multiple cities. Multiple tenants have needed to take him to court in the past.
