I had surgery 6weeks ago. and went to the therapy. all the people was so nice and friendly. Especially therapist Kristopher was so nice and take care me, and he is very knowledgeable therapist. I am so lucky that I have him.
Terrible. Had to call multiple times to get the results sent to the ordering physician and I had to fill out numerous forms before the appointment. Then I had to jump through hoops to get a copy of report for myself. Ultimately, I had to get my report from the ordering doctor. Never got it from NRH Speech, despite phone calls & sending them release forms. Stay away!
I've had a wonderful experience at NRH Rockville to manage arm, neck, and back pain. I had my intro session and a few follow-ups with Kris, and he is very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. Mercedes is my primary PT—she provides excellent care and is truly one of the warmest, most attuned, and helpful individuals I've met. I look forward to my sessions here, and I highly recommend this group for anyone in need of support to feel their best.
