I have to get a peanut butter banana smoothie every day it is hands down the best smoothies around. Kaitlyn the owner adds specials every month and is constantly updating the menu With new delicious shakes!
Ran in to grab a shake as I was in a hurry and was in and out in less then 5 minutes with a line.Fast service, very polite staff and well priced shakes. Peanut butter banana is what I went with in the picture below. Definitely will be back.
Staff is so friendly and my shake was SO delicious. Super clean space and cheap prices for the quality of the ingredients. I was also impressed by how knowledgeable the owner was on all of the nutrition information as well. Highly recommend coming here!!
Best shakes in Rochester! So many delicious options to choose from. Amazing staff as well, always so informative and helpful when selecting what is best for me pre and post workout :)
This place opens at 10am..NO ONE BEHIND THE REGISTER. it's now 11:21. Front desk staff is JUST as disappointed as I am. I want to be healthy. Nrgize came up on my Google search. Took me a while to find Nrgize because it's located in a Large fitness gym. There are NO OUTSIDE SIGNS for nrgize. Finding this place was a waste of time. Don't waste yours-
