I had an amazing experience at NrGize Smoothie Store! The smoothies are always fresh, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place but their hours of operation are not accurate. Everytime I go no matter what time I go the person is never there (on lunch or break idk). I went at 6 to pick up a protein shake they close at 7 as per online & the girl is mid shutting off the lights at 6 & tells me they’re closed. They should really update their hours online, super annoying & inconvenient

Every employee has their own rules. Looks like they decide what protein or ingredients and how much to offer regardless of what the sign reads. I order a Large smoothie that said 45grams of Protein, Lady behind the counter puts a single scoop and when I asked, she says it doesn’t matter what the board says, I would have to pay extra for another scoop. Made no sense to me!!!
Delicious smoothies are made from fresh fruits at a good price. Very underrated. Also, I saw an empty tip jar. Let's try to work on that as customers.
