I switched to NRG awhile ago after they harassed me at Walmart forever and wouldn’t leave me alone while I was shopping with my kid when I had no sleep after working a 12 hour shift. They said my bills would be lower. I just called Ameren to understand my bill that is $552. They said NRG is charging 15 cents pKh, while Ameren is currently charging 12 cents pKh.
