I had an overloaded breaker and honestly was clueless about how to proceed, but thankfully Steve was able to quickly and patiently guide me through the steps on how to properly reset it over the phone on Whatsapp. Being a simple fix, he didn't want to charge me $120 for a house call — and I truly appreciate that! Thank you Steve for the advice and guidance! From this short interaction I can tell the NRG team acts with integrity, and I will undoubtedly go to them for any electric related needs in the future.
