They r the worst ppl to engage with. I think they r clearly frauds. We booked 3 services with them out of which for two services they just ghosted us by kept changing the time and at the end sending 1 person to do an end of lease deep cleaning late afternoon. We booked them for morning. When I asked guy where is the team he said I don’t know ur choice if u want me to clean or no. Poor cleaning service, avoid. My tennant hired this company for end of lease clean, i have to bring another crew in as the job was half done. Things mentioned on the quote, such as remove cob webbs, was not even done. Dusting, cleaning an undermount sink, oven and even floor swiping were all of poor standard, as residue/gang/dust was left behind. Do not reccomend.
Great job for an end of lease cleaning service! Confirmed the date and time a day before, arrived on time, and finished the job on schedule. The guy came with a big, powerful machine that sucked all dirt. The price was competitive too!
