This was the worst cleaning service I have ever experienced. The cleaners arrived late and did a very poor job. Many areas were still dirty, especially the kitchen and bathroom, and it looked like they barely spent any time actually cleaning. Dust was still on the furniture and the floors were not properly mopped. On top of that, the staff were unprofessional and careless with my belongings. Extremely Disappointed I chose RonMax for my end-of-lease cleaning because their quote of $439 seemed reasonable for my small 4-bedroom house. The property is not large — master bedroom approx. 3x3m, other bedrooms around 2.5x2.5m, and a small combined lounge/kitchen area (around 5x5m total). A 1x1 separate laundry. Poor cleaning service, avoid. My tennant hired this company for end of lease clean, i have to bring another crew in as the job was half done. Things mentioned on the quote, such as remove cob webbs, was not even done. Dusting, cleaning an undermount sink, oven and even floor swiping were all of poor standard, as residue/gang/dust was left behind. Do not reccomend. This is a belated review; these guys did my final inspection clean in April, and honestly it was one of the most impressive bang for buck services I have ever received. I received a quote numbered mail drop due to the house being up for lease and for the money it just seemed like an absolute no brainer rather than wasting hours of my own time.
