They sent me uninvited quotes. On calling them, it seems they scrape property websites. This is shady at best and possibly illegal.
I don’t know how the found out I was vacating. I got a flyer in the letterbox with a quote nbr and vacate cleaning fee $500 including Carpet Steam Clean. I thought this was not going to work I have was renting a four bed room house here and seemed cheap. But my instincts asked me to try them, Just one guy arrived as promised on time. In just under 5 hours he had it all done. Amazing job and I had no complaints from the Agent. Full bond refund. Would recommend them.
Absolutely happy with their service! Would highly recommend. Great communication, prompt responses and cleaning done well the first time round. Used for our end of lease clean.
This was the worst cleaning service I have ever experienced. The cleaners arrived late and did a very poor job. Many areas were still dirty, especially the kitchen and bathroom, and it looked like they barely spent any time actually cleaning. Dust was still on the furniture and the floors were not properly mopped. On top of that, the staff were unprofessional and careless with my belongings.
