Absolutely happy with their service! Would highly recommend. Great communication, prompt responses and cleaning done well the first time round. Used for our end of lease clean.
This was the worst cleaning service I have ever experienced. The cleaners arrived late and did a very poor job. Many areas were still dirty, especially the kitchen and bathroom, and it looked like they barely spent any time actually cleaning. Dust was still on the furniture and the floors were not properly mopped. On top of that, the staff were unprofessional and careless with my belongings. Extremely Disappointed I chose RonMax for my end-of-lease cleaning because their quote of $439 seemed reasonable for my small 4-bedroom house. The property is not large — master bedroom approx. 3x3m, other bedrooms around 2.5x2.5m, and a small combined lounge/kitchen area (around 5x5m total). A 1x1 separate laundry. On the day, I was charged an additional $50 for a generator because the electricity was disconnected. Although unexpected, I agreed to avoid delays.
