Beware. Do not buy or build with NRP, unless you want your house to collapse. We have had so many issues since we bought our house in 2020. The house was built in 2019 and in the last two years there have been 10+ cracks in the ceiling on both floors, random cracks in the walls, the laminate flooring in the kitchen is lifting, and the vinyl in the bathroom is lifting.
