I wasn't going to write a review because I was upset. But then I changed my mind after I went to an actual hairdresser and she asked me if I had try to cut my hair myself! Suzan unfortunately talked herself up a LOT during my short time there. She didn't listen to one thing I said. She barely cut my.hair and then tried to really sell me (like Avon) her L'Oréal haircare. I told her not to curl my hair yet she proceeded to curl my hair and then wanted to take a video! 2nd Review So this is my second time posting here, google won’t let me add multiple reviews! But man! Suzan is worth multiple reviews cause she is too good and passionate at what she does! The new pictures is the 3rd set of toning she applied and I walked out like I have new highlights! Suzan advised me to get toning done after every 6-8 weeks, it keeps my highlights maintained and hair health in check! I also follow a hair wash routine that she recommended it works wonders for me! Suzan is a professional, knowledgeable, and passionate hair artisit. She takes time to listen to her clients to determine the best products and colour for hair. Suzan took her time to customize the shades of the balyage to complement my skin tone and natural hair colour, and the result is stunning.
