Customer service who's answering the phone is poor and unprofessional. VERY RUDE with attitude..They need to hire someone who knows how to be professional when it comes to work specially when they communicating with their patients They need to kick out the lady there who always answer the phone at the front desk, tall and fat, age range maybe late 30s or mid 40s she has an attitude problem doesn't fit to be at the front office or helping the customer.
