Dr Devaraj is an awesome cardiologist because I worked with him when I was still working in Anaheim Regional Medical Center. But his staff are different. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I made an appointment for my dad on March of this year. A few days prior to the appointment, they called and said they overbooked and so they have to move my dad's appointment to May 31. On the day off the actual appointment, they called and said that they have to cancel my dad's appointment because there was no authorization from my dad's primary doctor. I even told them that I have the actual prescription and EKG reading from the doctor's office regarding the cardia consult. . They had to inform us on the day off the appointment. They immediately cancelled his appointment. They should have called us a few days prior so we could have followed up with the doctor's office. It is such a shame that Dr Devaraj's practice is tarnished by such incompetent staff.

Customer service who's answering the phone is poor and unprofessional. VERY RUDE with attitude..They need to hire someone who knows how to be professional when it comes to work specially when they communicating with their patients They need to kick out the lady there who always answer the phone at the front desk, tall and fat, age range maybe late 30s or mid 40s she has an attitude problem doesn't fit to be at the front office or helping the customer. If she cant handle to be at the medical office better yet change the career, work at the mc donalds instead or be as the janitor since she cant handle a good customer service.
