Weak communication and no type of training or guidance.
IDK how this place is still in business. The more incompetent you are, the higher up the ladder you go. They send you out on the road with no notice and no directions then refuse to answer any calls or questions. The leads are all 20 something year olds that have zero experience and are more clueless than the crews. The PM's refuse to give any info and ignore you, then when you finally get a hold of them they make it out like they're sooo busy and you're bothering them. I haven’t work for NPSG/ SOUTHALAND employment IN OVER 1 month… you still have workers in your system with no work available and hindering them from other possible jobs…
