Slow responding to anything except plumber issues. Building is not kept up like it use to be prior to NPS taking over. Attitudes of people in the office are not great. (A couple of exceptions) . I would not recommend. They definitely don't seem to strive for greatness.
They just ripped off, take our 3 person application fee each for $45, weeks are applying for unit , we ask is still available, they said yes, let’ us apply right away, after they took money they told us it leases out, very bad management, be careful this company when you deal with them. No star for this company.
Awful move in experience with still no follow through on basic maintenance requests. We moved into an apartment managed by NPS that had not even undergone basic cleaning and repairs prior to our move-in. Despite reassurances from their office that this was "taken care of" before we showed up with movers to discover otherwise. We still have doors that do not easily or securely lock over a week after move our in.
