Avoid like the plague!!! Do not bother, if I could leave it at 0 stars I would. This has been one of the worst rental application experiences we’ve ever had. We submitted an application over a month ago and have been stuck in a constant cycle of unanswered calls, empty promises, and misleading communication from a gentleman named Miguel. I cannot recommend renting from this company. I had the displeasure of dealing with them when they took over management of my apartment building 2 weeks before I was moving out. I tried to get ahead of moving out and called them ahead of time for a pre move out inspection. They will claim they can come and take pictures but they cannot tell you what would be considered a deduction.
