They never answer the phone. I have been calling for months now I didn’t know I was approved from one apartment into. I called them. They did not call me and then when I found out, they wanted me to hurry up and pay, but then when I tried to call them, it seemed like they can’t answer. They’re just so busy. I guess she is the assistant. She is so rude.
