20 years ago, my family surprised me with a brand new fence for my birthday. NPR that did the fence back then. Now, this sad old fence needed replacing. I called three different businesses and got bids for the job. NPR had the lowest and the best bid. Jennifer, in the office was very helpful with the paperwork and answered all my questions.
