I called several months ago to book a meet and greet with a nurse practitioner at this clinic. I took a full morning off specifically for this appointment. When I called originally, I asked if I had a doctor would it be a problem and I was told by the receptionist that no it wouldn't be. I get there, wait for the appointment and once I'm in my appointment she tells me that they can't accept me. This is unacceptable.
Presently seeing Hanna. Have had a few appointments with her and she is fantastic. She is thorough, looks at health holistically , kind and caring. Seems to know more about me as a practitioner than any previous doctor who I have seen for years. The receptionist is friendly, on top of things and I appreciate the reminders about upcoming appointments. I look forward to continuing my health journey with this clinic.
I recently went for my first visit to this clinic. My NP, Tony, provided excellent care. My visit included an overview of NP-insured services, his background and education, my medical history, prescriptions, supplements, and my chief complaints. My appointment was on time, and we were in the exam room for 90 min.
