I can’t say enough good things about Arnold. He are kind, compassionate, and truly take the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. I always feel heard and respected during my appointments, and he explain everything clearly so I understand my care. It’s obvious he genuinely care about their patients and want the best for them. I’m so grateful to have Arnold as my nurse practitioner and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, caring, and professional.

Arnold is truly a life saver. He listens, spends time, and understands when certain medications just don't cut it. I recommend him to all of my friends and family. Because of Arnold, my life is so much more manageable and easier to function. And every single staff member that works here is so kind and welcoming. Best place in the city for mental health issues!

I called several months ago to book a meet and greet with a nurse practitioner at this clinic. I took a full morning off specifically for this appointment. When I called originally, I asked if I had a doctor would it be a problem and I was told by the receptionist that no it wouldn't be. I get there, wait for the appointment and once I'm in my appointment she tells me that they can't accept me. This is unacceptable.

Presently seeing Hanna. Have had a few appointments with her and she is fantastic. She is thorough, looks at health holistically , kind and caring. Seems to know more about me as a practitioner than any previous doctor who I have seen for years. The receptionist is friendly, on top of things and I appreciate the reminders about upcoming appointments. I look forward to continuing my health journey with this clinic.
