Nicholas Weiss accepted my case based on numerous Ohio Consumer Sales Practice Act violations, breach of contract, negligence, construction flaws and unjust enrichment. Rachel Kuhn, who was said to represent me, negatively impacted my case as she did not capitalize on any of said violations after she agreed my 2 yr. old patio was “unsalvageable”. Rachel Kuhn graced me with her presence about 15 mins every 7-10 days mainly thru email. Communication was not very good and I had to repeat myself too many times. I’m very disappointed that Nicholas Weiss put me with someone who clearly did not put my case at a priority. I gained nothing but lost a good amount of money.
