I’ve officially tried NP three times, so I want to leave a thorough review. Go elsewhere. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve had an unpleasant experience. The first time I went, Hanna did my pedicure and the polish application was messy. The second time I went, Mike did my pedicure and it looked great when I left but the gel polish was chipping off before 2 weeks and the toenails on both of my big toes cracked in the middle. I have come here for years and 85% of the time have a superior experience. Leaving another review after today’s visit which included another negative encounter with Mina, whose service I previously left a private review of on the salon’s website. Anytime I am seated with her, the simple service I request is halfway done. This, along with her general disposition towards me as a customer, reeks of disrespect.
