Nails so far off from what I wanted, lifting three days later. No one spoke to me I felt like I wasn’t heard and was an after thought. I showed pictures of what I wanted, attempted to stop and explain three times it wasn’t right. Polish on French set you can see brush strokes and missing spots. Gentleman was dismissive and rude. Had two people come in to fix poor quality while I was getting my nails done and talked poorly about people while there ( I have translation on ). I have been going to this salon on/off for awhile however within the past year or so I have really noticed a downfall in services.. No longer quality work, decreased cleanliness etc. I recently got a pedicure & manicure and both workers seemed rushed to complete them. The gel manicure fell off (4 of my 10 nails within 2 days, another 2 just fell off on the fourth)… the salon did fix the initial 4 free of charge however stated that if I wanted to get my whole hands redone after commenting how poorly it was done the first time... read more
Everyone here is so kind and talented. The salon feels luxurious, yet the prices are so affordable.
The best experience ever! My nails are gorgeous, and the staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
