They price change Everytime I come here I got a refill she charged me 40 but when she got a call about a refill she told them 30 over the phone she kept cutting my fingers didn't get my shape right then on top of that she claim the card machine wasn't working kept swiping my card then gone say can you zell me when she could have said that in the first place kept snatching my hand and twisting my fingers all hard then when I told her something she started speaking in their language it says it's under new management but I feel... read more
