Tom and his team are incredible. I never imagined it would be possible to have a rug cut and ready for pick-up within just three days, but Tom made it happen. He even visited my home to ensure I measured correctly since my contractor was going to handle the installation. Without a doubt, his service was outstanding. I will definitely recommend him highly and will be using his services again in the future. very affordable.
This is my second project with NP Floors in the last 6 years. I couldn't be happier going back to them for my recent flooring project. Tom is a pleasure to work with and pays attention to details when recommending solutions to your flooring needs. He did an excellent job on my property with Vinyl Planks and carpet flooring with high quality materials, and even better, great workmanship by his staff, including Rich! We just recently had NP Floors out to install LVP and were very impressed in all aspects of their business. Tom was very professional and attentive to every detail along the way from the quote throughout the install. They offer quality products that way surpass the big box stores. Tom cleaned our two sectionals and an area rug. He was friendly and did a great job. We also had our flooring previously done by NP Floors and love the job that they did. We highly recommend NP Floors.
Can’t recommend NP flooring enough! Tom is one of the kindest people I’ve have ever met. He’s helped me out with flooring for my first house and now my second. Just had brand new carpet installed today and we are so happy with it! Also the installer that came out was SO quick, efficient and nice! Overall a wonderful experience. (Also- the showroom is AMAZING. They have everything!)
