Awful company will try and pull every bit of money out of you, they sued me after giving my apartment black mold and are trying to charge me 4 thousand dollars

You now have to use an app to do laundry. Not everyone has the capability to do that. So that's wrong because not everyone can use the laundry facilities now. They are excluding people who pay rent. My neighbor complained and was told to just move. The laundry facilities should be made available to everyone and just those who can use an app.
