We purchased a home from Marty Evans of NP Dodge and Huntington Homes in January of 2019 with an addendum to our purchase contract to have Marty add a custom patio to our home by April of 2019. Marty took possession of $20,000 upon the close of the sale to build our covered patio. After months of chasing Marty down, he finally broke ground in February of 2020 and the patio is still incomplete.
