NP Dodge is neglecting property and creating a public nuisance. They control the old Salvation Army building. It is not fenced off, the doors are unlocked, and teenagers roam freely until arrested for trespassing. Of they have cameras and send police right in when people trespass. The city prosecutes on their behalf while ignoring the contribution of NP Dodge to the problem. A county defense attorney told me over 600 teenagers have been cited for trespassing. There are cracks and mold growing around the windows in the hallway, seems like the entire complex has a single emergency maintenance worker, so after said worker doesn’t fix the problem with your furnace and you have to call them back less than a month later, the best they can offer is a single small space heater even when your apartment temp falls to under 55 degrees, because you didn’t call first, Once again, during a storm you can call emergency maintenance about the middle floor ceiling leaking and they won’t respond. I reached out to this office to express my concerns regarding Cassidy Reeves, one of their realtors, who took $750 from me while I was her tenant. The manager overseeing her was quite rude and dismissive, essentially stating that it was a matter between me and her. I would not recommend anyone to engage in business with NP Dodge, as they employ realtors with questionable moral character.
