I would never go through NP Dodge ever again there was always trash in the stairway dogs peeing and pooping tenants fire department comes to the property every other week and to top it off if you break your lease they send you to collections and expect you to pay over $4000 when in all actuality you are only requires to get the last month's rent even after I moved out they had someone moved in about a week or weeks after. No wonder you can't keep tenants in your properties after a year

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with in Omaha. They do not return calls. I could not get in contact with anyone for over 2 weeks with a deposit on file. They had my deposit for over a month to end up denying me for over income. When I asked them how they added an extra $20k to my income. Luckily I was able to find a place ASAP otherwise I would be dealing with homelessness waiting on this company.

Horrible company to rent an apartment from, we lived at a property in Omaha called Country Club Village. Horrible place to rent.! Filthy, roaches, trash in halls etc. “secure entrance” is not fitting…doors are always propped open by other tenants. Washers and dryers are almost always out-of-order. Police are called almost weekly.! Trash in parking lots constantly. Shame on NP Dodge for failing on this one. We broke our lease two months early because of how horrible our experience was. Do NOT recommend!

I’m a tenant for over a year. Never once missed rent. Tragic events leaves me with my 3 kids alone. I asked to transfer my lease to a bigger unit on the same property. And instead of loyalty they hit me with new applications fees. New deposit. Double rated rent. I will never sign a contract with NP Dodge management company ever again. They don’t care about their tenants at all.
