Horrible company to rent an apartment from, we lived at a property in Omaha called Country Club Village. Horrible place to rent.! Filthy, roaches, trash in halls etc. “secure entrance” is not fitting…doors are always propped open by other tenants. Washers and dryers are almost always out-of-order. Police are called almost weekly.! Trash in parking lots constantly. Shame on NP Dodge for failing on this one. We broke our lease two months early because of how horrible our experience was. Do NOT recommend!
I’m a tenant for over a year. Never once missed rent. Tragic events leaves me with my 3 kids alone. I asked to transfer my lease to a bigger unit on the same property. And instead of loyalty they hit me with new applications fees. New deposit. Double rated rent. I will never sign a contract with NP Dodge management company ever again. They don’t care about their tenants at all.
Revise. 3 months ago I left this review regarding Trevor and that stills stands at 5 star. Unfortunately, since then we've decided to move, single-handedly because of one of the rep, Kyle, with NP Dodge. And I've updated this review because of that. The following is an email sent to Trevor, Kyle, and NP Dodge Headquarters. And as of this update, I received no apology or even an acknowledgment of such ill-received treatment from Kyle Hanten. I just found out due to a mold issue and a roof leak in my apartment that I need to vacate the unit and relocate they offered to break my lease at no charge which with mold I would hope so but I was told I could relocate to another np dodge property so I found one but I had to pay an application fee and will have to put another deposit down which is hard to do since I just paid my rent for the month of September they offered to pay my application fee and give me 1 week of rent back and September hasn't even started yet and i... read more
If ever the phrase "saving grace" sprang to life and put on a crisp suit, it would be Trevor of Capitol Place. I've logged a full year in these digs, initially under the watch of Lund, then passed like a hot potato to J.P. Morgan. It was, to put it mildly, akin to the exhilaration of riding a unicycle on a tightrope over an alligator pit.
