Worst company to rent from. They don’t care about you as a tenant whatsoever. Scam you on pricing, do not pay their outsourced contractors that they owe over $2k to, completely rude staff. Constant property management turnover. No one answers your complaints. Cheap materials, messy trash rooms, ruined a building less than a year old because of poor management not doing their jobs. I recently moved out of the Hollybrook townhomes due to safety concerns. I lived there for five years and at first it was great, and then it went downhill. There are now drug dealers, living there and crime. My vehicles windows were broken twice within the last year before I moved they raise rent $120 per year. They are now charging 2025 pricing for interiors that are from the 1970s and in. The worst management company to rent from downtown. Safe yourself the time, money and headache and don’t move into one of their complexes. Mind you I lived in one of their complexes for barely a year, in that year I had: No AC for two weeks in the peak of the summer heat. No hot water for almost a month in the winter. My key fob not working for a month, which were used to operate the elevators. Was a joy walking up flights of stairs for almost a month without a replacement key fob. Do you like having a working AC? If so don't bother renting from any property run by NP Dodge. I rented at Crestaire apartments in Bellevue and for the last 3 of the 7 years i rented there our AC could never keep the apartment at room temp, we were lucky if it could keep it below 90 degrees on most summer days.
Do not move here, they are disgusting, my husband and I are from Colorado and we experienced black mold and a lot of water damage, one of there maintenance guys put cameras in ppls apartment as well and got fired for it so they basically higher anyone at this point, we moved in a month ago and now have to terminate our lease and get rid of our belongings, due to being exposed to black mold.
