I have been a tenant at Meyer Raapke Flats for over 3 years and I have to shed a light on Maria Rios the Property Manager. With every request I have made as a tenant, I have always received immediate correspondence and prompt remedies from her each time I needed assistance or maintenance. She is professional, accommodating, and genuinely cares about the tenants she oversees. I know I am not the only person in my building who feels this way and is grateful to Maria. I reached out to this office to express my concerns regarding Cassidy Reeves, one of their realtors, who took $750 from me while I was her tenant. The manager overseeing her was quite rude and dismissive, essentially stating that it was a matter between me and her. I would not recommend anyone to engage in business with NP Dodge, as they employ realtors with questionable moral character.
