Mary Crouse and everyone at NP Care Clinic are amazing, knowledgeable, and caring people. My whole family goes here (even my husband), and I have even referred her to several friends. The front office staff is responsive, friendly, and helpful. They understand that usually when you're coming in you are not at your best and they have always treated me kindly and respectfully. If you are a veteran scheduled for a Compensation and Pension (C&P) examination at this facility, I strongly advise reconsidering your appointment. My experience involved an encounter with a Nurse Practitioner who, in my opinion, provided inaccurate information on the examination form. The interview lasted less than eight minutes and felt dismissive, raising concerns about the thoroughness of the process. I’ve been seeing Mary for 10+ years and have always gotten excellent care! She shows compassion and care to each patient and takes time to listen to your needs. The front staff is also awesome! Whitney is the first person to greet you and always has a smile and takes time to explain co-pays, billing amounts etc. They got away from taking a lot of different insurances but have a wonderful in house plan you can subscribe to and it is very easy to understand. I want to start off by saying, this is the best clinic I have been to, everyone was so kind, and talkative in a good way since I was nervous about my health, it eased my nerves. Mary showed attentiveness and compassion, and listened to me. Clinic was clean as well. I don't have children but if I did I would bring them here as well. Overall great experience!
