If you are a veteran scheduled for a Compensation and Pension (C&P) examination at this facility, I strongly advise reconsidering your appointment. My experience involved an encounter with a Nurse Practitioner who, in my opinion, provided inaccurate information on the examination form. I’ve been seeing Mary for 10+ years and have always gotten excellent care! She shows compassion and care to each patient and takes time to listen to your needs. The front staff is also awesome! Whitney is the first person to greet you and always has a smile and takes time to explain co-pays, billing amounts etc. They got away from taking a lot of different insurances but have a wonderful in house plan you can subscribe to and it is very easy to understand. I want to start off by saying, this is the best clinic I have been to, everyone was so kind, and talkative in a good way since I was nervous about my health, it eased my nerves. Mary showed attentiveness and compassion, and listened to me. Clinic was clean as well. I don't have children but if I did I would bring them here as well. Overall great experience!
My niece had an horrible experience with this place. Beware of being a patient here they talk about you and joke about your personal matters after you leave out the building. A very fake and negative environment behind closed doors. Which tells you a lot about an individual on a personal level wouldn’t trust my health nor bring business to those type of hands.
Another Update: Thankfully, I have found a new medical provider. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up my new prescription, I learned that NP Care Clinic had cancelled the prescription refills on the prescription they had given me at my office visit. So, they were paid for my visit and decided to cancel my refills. I don't see this as patient oriented. I see it as vengeful and it speaks more truth to what I wrote earlier.
