Great lap swim especially in the early afternoons on weekdays. Lovely cardio- strength sessions without extra charge. A real discovery.
Water is essential. The life giver and taker. Kali, bestowing and destroying. Today, they had an awesome event with water cardio, sound bathing, pool side yoga, races, and so much more. They were giving swag and snacks. It was awesome. The pool is heated to a balmy 85 degrees. It has diving boards and a spacious locker room.
