Deeply disappointed with both the product and the response from this Nowra Carpet Court branch. We paid $900 to have carpet installed in a small 3m x 3m room, only to be left with a result that looks like it belongs in a bargain bin, visible lines running through the pile that look completely unprofessional. Rather than taking any ownership, the response we received was a wall of excuses: blaming pile crush, referencing notes about who was on-site, and explaining their internal quoting processes.
