Receptionist is rude. Dr needs to consider retiring. Office is dirty and dated (posters on the wall dated 1982). Masks required. It’s 2026! Do not recommend!

Secretary is very rude and DOES NOT BEHAVE FRIENDLY OR BUISNESS LIKE. Also it shouldn't cost money to get results or charts ($30) of any kind done and you should not have to come to the office to pick them up. They should be able to email or mail you with results or charts you ask from your doctor and paying for them is ridiculous. That's a scam the office is doing towards OHIP. I had a very disappointing experience at this office due to the receptionist’s behavior. I came in after missing two calls the previous week to try and book an appointment, and instead of receiving help, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. When I explained my situation, she responded abruptly, asked “who are you?” in an unprofessional tone, and offered no guidance. Worst doctors office you can go to. The receptionist is so disrespectful and she will go out of her way to ruin your day by being so disgustingly rude. Not sure why she even works with people at this point. She definitely needs a new job. 95% of the google reviews are all about her poor behavior. DR Norwicki on the other hand is so out of touch and needs to retire. Extremely insensitive and rude. His office looks like it’s from the 1950s, out dated equipment and very dirty.
