My first visit and I'm sold. The staff were the sweetest girls, quick and very efficient. Dr. Nowell was very thorough and so nice. Glad I picked this office.
Went for new glasses. I could not see at all with them. Went back and was told it was me Ive been wearing glasses for 55 years. Knew it wasn't me. Went back to my old eye doctor and was told the glasses were not right for me and the bifocal was not on the right spot on the glasses. Got new glasses from my old eye doctor and I can see fine
They seem very friendly. But bad customers services. After ordering my glasses had some issues and call the office for check if the glasses are okay or in case need adjust my prescription they told they will charge me 45.00 for that and it was just two week.. 😒 DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DR.
