Rude and unprofessional frontline staff. Had the audacity to charge $150 for a very basic form we needed completed for our daughters mental health at school and still got it wrong 3-4 times. Suggest stay away from this place, very unwelcoming.
I am very disappointed in this practice. As someone who previously worked in mental health and continues to work in the healthcare field, dealing with this practice is so stressful. I would advise going elsewhere for one. It’s very hard for patients to access to get in for appointments as they have no patient portal, the website is non-operable, and the only way to schedule an appointment is to call and that’s if they answer. ***TAKE MY ADVICE AND SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE*** I was looking for a new therapist after my former therapist switched platforms and didn't accept my insurance. My insurance covered this office which was the sole reason it was chosen. This is NOT a critique of the Doctors who practice here but just the way the business is run. The lack of communication between staff, staff to patient, etc et al is astounding. Numerous times I've had scheduled meetings start excessively late because the Zoom links are not emailed out.
