Kelly seemed, or “sounded”, nice, but definitely was far from providing great, or even descent customer service. Not only did she cost me over $300 extra per month for several months last year before realizing she did not have things correct on my policies, but she also sent my personal info to another office recently without my permission, and certainly without notifying me ahead of time. My old Nationwide agent stopped affiliating with NW and I had to find a new agent. Kelly at Nowell was phenomenal. She not only handled everything seamlessly and expediently, she even save me money. Could not recommend Kelly and Nowell Agency higher.
