I was a patient at another local practice that seemed to run you in and out as fast as they could. I felt like a number not a valued patient. My experience today at NowDental was the complete opposite. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The dental assistant was friendly and made sure I was not nervous. Dr Spagna was professional and personable. She explained everything and ask if I understood and if I had any questions. Overall my best visit to a dentist!

Not saying the dentists were mean. BUT WHEN I CALL AND TELL YOU MY INSURANCE AND YOU SAY OKAY, I AM EXPECTING THAT INSURANCE TO BE COVERED. BUT NO… I drive all the way there for them to be like “we don’t take your insurance.” Interesting. Another crazy one was me telling the hygienist I had a temporary cap on my tooth for a root canal… she said “no you don’t” and CONTINUED TO TRY AND SHOVE THE NEW CAP ON TOP. All for the head dentist to come in and be like “yeah it ain’t fitting because he has a temporary cap on.” HIRE ME. A... read more
I had a cleaning today, 6/17/26. It went very well. I thought I would try it without getting numb, and it didn’t hurt me at all. I’m so glad that I tried it without the numbing gel. She’s a great job and was very thorough. Yay!
