Very organized and worked as a team professional ran the unscheduled appointment effectively and very thoroughly felt very confident in their knowledge and skills during every phase of the appointment.
It's often said first impressions are so important, as well as the one in between and the last. I was greeted by one of the most joyful young ladies, genuinely enjoying her position. She was consistent with everyone that entered. However, my next encounter was less than amiable but rather curt. The PA, Mimi was, patient, kind and professional. Great service. Friendly staff. Got the help I needed for my illness. Nurse and doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, and to explain diagnosis and course of treatment.
I took my two year old on a Sunday evening around 5:30pm. It wasn’t super busy but a steady flow of patients. We were in and out in no time at all. The check in for a new patient was easy, the staff and doctor were knowledgeable and very polite, and rooms were clean. My sick son was fussy but they worked with him so well. I will definitely come back here in the future.
