The worst! I can not get tech support. All I have gotten was the same menu over and over again. We will be dropping this cable company and calling Directv.
Don't waste your time or hard earned money. Bill goes up every 2 months and you get less.

All I can say is terrible. Paying more for less. Get real folks. This service is a joke. We have had this local cable for 20 plus year, bill always paid on time. Guess what!! Bye, bye. Star rating minus 10.
Try to log in to my account, can't do it. Try to call to pay my bill, stay on hold for ever. Pay my bill, get shut off a week later. They say it was in collection. Then the prove it had been payed but still, they want a reconnect fee plus a months payment. The biggest joke in cable/Internet I have experienced.

I have had constant problems ever since Vyve took over Mediastream. The internet goes out randomly for anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. I am on the phone with tech support once a week, at least.
The bartenders will bring you open beer and expect you to drink it. If you want to be poisoned be going there. You are served according to race.
