What a wonderful technician you have in Derick! He was very knowledgeable and stayed until I could connect everything I needed to connect to this new modem! What a pleasure it was to get this done with less stress and I was anticipating!

Had an outage and I have been on the phone for 20 minutes trying to just let them know it’s out. Customer service is terrible. Internet is always in and out. Never works more than a few days straight. Take my word for it and pass on this company.
walk behind weed eater was in need of work. They identified problem quickly and repaired it while I waited. What more could you ask for.
We left a payment in the drop box, and someone in the Vive office threw it away, saying they don't use the dropbox. So I had to repay to keep TV and internet. This company is run by idiots.
So far so good upgraded to 105mbps ready to test it out! I can't wait until they get 1000mbps= 125MBps a lot of people don't know the difference between mbps vs MBps.
The worst company that I have ever dealt with!!! What in the world were you people thinking when you sold out to Vyve Broadband????? I'm sorry that I have to even give this company 1 star!!!
The worst service, no tech support, no one knows who you can contact to file a complaint. The price we pay we should have someone to share the problems with and get a response as if they care about the company. It is so bad the owners don't even claim it. 900 channels really!!!!! it can take hours to find a decent show or one that is in your plan because the entire 900 channels are on the menu and it is a game of hunt and seek to watch. I HATE IT !!!!
Terrible company service. They continued to bill me after I switched to a better carrier. Terrible to deal with. No professionalism.
