Mike was phenomenal with assisting me on purchasing my first home ! Found a place we liked but knew it was a fixer upper. Luckily we had the well water tested by a guy he knows well and is experienced, and the well water turned out to be awful. Wich killed the deal. Then came out to every farm we looked at and was very knowledgeable about many things, finally landing on the one we bought and fought like he'll for us and got us 75k off asking price !
