******** windows people wouldn't even talk to us because we have a "Mobile Home". So our search for new windows began with a snub.But despite the bias against us, we got three quotes from other local contractors. Very disappointed in their ***************** I've called three times and no return call. Purchased $15K worth of windows in 2020, problems still exist. All I want is a return our call or come by our home so we can show them the problem. Product Manager was told about it on the first call, second call I was upset, and the third call was to the *********** and the lady said she'd get our name & number to Brain (Manager). She even updated our cell phone number in the system.

Ordered siding in the early summer, and the project wasnt started until late december/January. I was promised that it would be finished before snowfall. We had siding, fascia, soffit and 1 small window in the contract. In the contract, we were suppoae to have one window replaced. In the end we ended up replacing the window ourselves due to failure on their part to not follow the contract. Then at the end of Oct. we found out the siding hadnt been ordered yet. We were pleased with our new windows and front door. Everyone worked well with us and answered our concerns. We would hire them again. Their installers did a fantastic job.

We have been working with ******* at Now Remodeling. We had new siding and gutters installed and our house looks beautiful! Due to some unforeseen issues, it took much longer for the materials to arrive than initially expected but the final product was worth the wait. ******* has been professional and a pleasure to deal with!

All most a year an a half later I finally decided to voice my thoughts of this company. I have not seen or heard from NOW Remodeling LLC or Aztec Roofing (who actually installed the new roof) except e-mails to rate them on ************* Survey.(this is what triggered me to respond.)The sales man showed us a vent system with roof top vent and eve vents and I thought that was what I was buying. So I payed more ($2000 more), included was to have a furnace Vent removed that wasn't in use and it would make the roof cleaner, and t... read more

We just met with Jessica again, as she came to inspect the installation of our new gutters. They really look nice and dresses up our home. We were very pleased with two gentlemen that came and installed the gutters. They worked well together and they were done in no time. You wouldn't do wrong having this company, as your contractor.

We met with Jessica W********** about installing gutters on our new Manufacturered home. She was very professional and straight forward with her answers to our questions. The company is very lucky to have her as an employee. She explained about their gutters and the cover protection by Bolt. She gave us prices for just the gutters and gutters with the protection covers. We chose to go just with gutters at this time. Jessica was very easy to work with. ********** *******
