Editing my review. 5 years later and my home has needed so so so many fixes as many of the products now living used to build our home was very poor quality. We’ve had two pipe leaks so far, the stove has had to be replaced 3 times (cause the wiring or some sort wasn’t done properly) handles placed upside down. Do yourself a favour; buy yourself a cardboard box. Cheaper and probably more sturdy than anything this crew could build

My husband bought the house with this company since 2016. The roof was done not very well and got the gaps to cause to rodent problem, there was a deep gap between door frame and floor, nail pop came out in living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We paid money to repair the roof gap and pest control. Now we have to deal with nail pop issue and our friends said to us that’s ridiculous for our new house only six years and got so many problems!

Edit Now Living seemed good to deal with but pasted that BCG has been a nightmare no contact a lot of issues missed and brought up later when questioned avoid the questions I just don’t respond to your email or phone call Super friendly and responsive, very helpful throughout the planning stages, and negotiation of land. Would definitely recommend, great deals and good staff.
