I couldn't have been more pleased with my serviceman, Zachary J. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. My furnace had a dead bird in the pipe near the motor. He did a yearly maintenance service, cleaned out the bird and got my heat back on. All this at 6:30 in the evening. He even noticed that my hot water didn't work in the bathroom, so he fixed that too. He is an awesome employee for Allen Services in Aurora, Colorado!
Zack J did a great job servicing our heat pump! Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how it all works, what to watch out for, etc.
