Eric and Michael did a great job fixing a leak. I would highly recommend them.
Was a previous NOW customer and boy did they royally mess up my mini splits- installed in 21 and then I bought my place shortly after in the winter, come summer of 22 they did not work. Come to find out a whole lot went wrong and after spending a pretty penny got them working again after 4 separate issues were uncovered. Welp, here we are in this season and same issue- they dont work. I had NHA come look at our boiler/tankless water heater, as well as to perform a maintenance check on my AC condenser. The plumber knew nothing about my set up and didn’t help at all. The HVAC guy said my AC was fine despite the awful noise it makes when it’s on. Since then I’ve had other technicians from different companies out and got some expert advice and work done. I literally found out from Reddit that my AC unit is in dire need of a new blower motor and fan blades. Wouldn’t recommend this company, unfortunately.
The service person was extremely respectful to myself and my property. He kept me informed on what he was doing and any possible concerns.
Tim with NOW Heating and Air provided a quote to install a heat cable. Tim shows up and when he's done, his job looks nothing like the directions or photos. When I pointed that out to him, he protested and said he installs them like that all the time. He scheduled a day to return to make it work and never returned. I had to re-hire another outfit to completely rip out and redo ALL of his work!! NOW Heating and Air demonstrated incompetence and no follow-through. I am a widow and my money was wasted by this company.
