We had Jon Harris out for an issue with a bad odor in our drain. Jon is thorough to diagnose the problem, outline the repair, and suggest ways to avoid the issue in the future. He fixes the problem properly so that we have confidence it is well taken care of. We are repeat customers, and people like Jon are the reason we continue to use Allen Services.
I had the pleasure of meeting Britton who helped look at electrical circuits and do a diagnostic a couple weeks ago. He was amazing in laying his findings and thoughts regarding my situation. I truly appreciate how professional, patient and very communicative regarding the work he was doing along with being informative and guiding me on next steps needed or not needed. It was a great experience and he is a great asset to this company, which I already enjoy working with.
