I went for a consultation for implants that I was told was "free". They asked for my insurance and I wasn't thinking and provided it. They billed my insurance and did not tell me they were going to. I thought it was free until I saw the EOB. So I called asking why and they told me it's free only if you don't have insurance. So you're telling me I basically should have lied and said I had no insurance. Also, they billed it as a DENTAL EXAM that counted towards my 2 covered yearly exams and now that I am in need of my 2nd exam... read more
