False advertising. MD listed but that stands for Medical Doctorate and refers to a physician. This would be illegal in many states. Virginia needs to post a truth in advertising law. Nurse Practitioners are not doctors and should not be using the term in a medical setting. If this clinic can not be honest about the education of their staff, what else would they be unethical about?
