I've lived here for a month and a half and love everything about this place. Quinn and Stephanie who are in the office are very friendly and helpful with anything I need. It's a great place to live and the amenities are amazing.
Everyone at Novus is so amazing! I’ve had such a great experience moving into this place with Quyen’s help last June- she is always so positive and reassuring and made the process so smooth for me! And I have to move soon for my own reasons but Jessie and Samantha worked endlessly on trying to get me a better month to month rate and with all the paperwork and system updates! They both have been extremely helpful during a stressful time. Also living at Novus has been a dream with all the amenities and security is a plus too! ... read more
Novus was my absolute favorite apartment! Between the amenities and social events, it was more of a community. Maintenance issues were always handled expeditiously and the management was amazing. Thank you Quyan, Wilson, Samantha, and Jessie for everything!

Toured the facility with Quyen.. she was very friendly and welcoming. Ended up signing a lease elsewhere but novus was definitely worth the look!
