Disappointing and infuriating. My appointments for a couples massage made on ClassPass have been canceled twice with the second appointment canceled within the hour. I wasted my time driving there to a locked door and an empty storefront. There's a "come in we're open" sign in a plant pot next to the front door. I even called their number but their voicemail isn't set up so I don't have any way of reaching anybody. Horrible, I booked a couples massage for me and my husband. When we got there I asked if I could use the restroom. While I went to the restroom the massagist took my husband to the room and told him to take everything off. When he questioned “everything “ she said “yes, haven’t you done this before “. Once I was done using the restroom I went in the room and he told me what had happened. We both thought it was weird and proceeded to take everything, but our underwear off. My husband and I enjoyed 1 hour couple massage with a very good and skilled therapist. The body scrub is very rejuvenating.
I had amazing experience here! I had one of the best facials from Sharon my face was plumped up and glowing! I have also had a couple of massages from Tina…absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend!
