I am extremely disappointed with this company and the way it treats people behind the scenes. What we experienced was unprofessional, manipulative, and emotionally hostile. The company made baseless accusations about our dogs being abused — an allegation that is completely false and deeply offensive. To weaponize something like that, without evidence, says a lot about their character and judgment.
