They didn't do much for me. They told me I had to find services on my own since I'm in Tucson and they are in Phoenix. The care coordinator I was assigned couldn't remember a single thing I told him about services and what I needed and my experiences. He asked me the same questions over and over again. We had the same conversations repeatedly. Either he was too dumb to comprehend his job or didn't care. I was provided Novum Health's phone number through my insurance in May, and was told I was in-network. The earliest appointment with a therapist was in July as a phone appointment. I accepted and was booked, only for them to call me a day before my appointment to tell me they aren't contracted with my medical group and had to self-pay or cancel. I had an appointment with Mina Jung NP who I have been getting my medication from for a while and was never notified that Mina Jung NP no longer worked there. Left me with no medication. Very unprofessional .
