I was provided Novum Health's phone number through my insurance in May, and was told I was in-network. The earliest appointment with a therapist was in July as a phone appointment. I accepted and was booked, only for them to call me a day before my appointment to tell me they aren't contracted with my medical group and had to self-pay or cancel. I had an appointment with Mina Jung NP who I have been getting my medication from for a while and was never notified that Mina Jung NP no longer worked there. Left me with no medication. Very unprofessional .
