From the first time meeting Dan, we figured that he would be a great person to do the job. The reason we heard about his company, was from Kyle with Accurate Basement. Shortly after talking with him and meeting with him, we then knew we should have found someone else. I just want to say in the shortest way possible, that he is completely unreliable, a terrible communicator, and also sent out threats to us that we would have to pay him when each little part of the project he did(even though the work was not done).
