If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't apply to live here they make you pay a 200 holding few for a apartment, and if you dont get approved you'll have to wait 30 to 45 DAYS for them to mail you a check from the "home" office. That is ridiculous. How does it take you seconds to take the money out of my account but I have to wait 45 days to get it back. We would be homeless by then because our lease where we live now will be up. Don't move here. It's a waste of time and money
Whent with my family to price apartments in then area and we fell in love. The community it great with great amenities. All of the staff is SO nice and patient with you. Sheldon is AMAZING and hilarious. We are so glad to call this our new home.
not the worst but not the best. location is great since it’s in the middle of everywhere. they don’t get onto owners for having their dogs off leash. you can’t have anything on your back patio except for furniture-even tho they give you no other closet but your bedroom closet. i don’t know why they tell you that you need to take things down off of our balcony when it’s ours?? just for the looks is what they care for. overly priced since the security gates, which caused us more money in rent since it was a “gated community” b... read more
