SLO brewery closed early because they were doing some work on the bar. The bartender - I've talked to him on all four of my stops - said, "Go next door. Fun place." He nailed it. Novo had a good vide, talked to lots of very cool people. The bartender reminded me of a much-younger Lauren Graham. It wasn't just that she was friendly, courteous and professional, she commanded the room.
