My pen was in the fridge and something spilled on it. It jammed up the mechanism. It is a full pen. I called Novo Nordisk for assistance. They said "We cannot help you as this isn't a manufacturing defect." I said, neither is an accident when I drop something on the aisle of the Grocery store, but I'll guarantee you they never say "We can't help you." Truth is, Novo Nordisk CHOOSES not to help me.
